TasktoText collects your name and phone number to provide mobile alerts and reminders about your assigned work tasks. Task details and related information are considered internal work information and are also stored securely in our system to enable this service.
We do not share your personal information with third parties. Your information is only accessible to TasktoText and your organization’s administrators.
If you wish to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information, you may do so by contacting us at info@tasktotext.com. If you opt out of mobile alerts, your personal information will be deleted from our system within 30 days, in compliance with applicable laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
TasktoText does not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies in connection with our mobile alerts or related web services. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify users accordingly.

Mobile Terms of Service
TasktoText provides automated text alerts and reminders for tasks assigned to you by your organization’s account administrator. By enrolling in this service, you agree to receive up to two text messages per month related to your work tasks. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan.
You may interact with these messages by replying. Replies will be processed by our system to notify your account administrator and provide their contact information. No other interactive features are supported at this time.
Eligibility for this service is limited to individuals who are currently part of an organization using TasktoText. If you leave the organization, you will no longer receive alerts.
You may opt out of receiving mobile alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. If you opt out, your personal information will be deleted from our system within 30 days.
